Global loyalty orchestration

Make Your Program spendable everywhere, with one integration.

Growing Points utility means winning more partners. Instead of buying them one contract and one API at a time, connect Your Program once: bring the partners you already have, switch on the merchants already live, and keep 100% of the commission on all of them.

Scale · new partners

How do you grow partnerships at scale?

Every new partner has to be won, contracted and built. Developing and managing a partner portfolio comes at a substantial cost, and that cost is linear. Every merchant is another contract, another integration, another reconciliation cycle.

With Pointspay: one integration, the whole networkonce, for all 6

On your own, 6 partners cost USD 600,000 up front and USD 150,000 a year to run, plus 30–60 weeks of internal effort every year. One integration with Pointspay replaces the lot.

Scale · existing partners

Put your resources on value creation, and scale quicker.

The partners you already run are already paid for, in engineering time, finance time and account management. Transfer them onto Pointspay and that work moves with them, while every commission you negotiated stays exactly where it is. Your roadmap gets the capacity back immediately.

What moves to us

Pointspay takes the work

Contracting, integration, reconciliation and support move across with the partner. No project on your side, and nothing to maintain when a platform changes its API.

OnboardingWe do it, and we carry the merchant relationship day to day.

Merchants you already have under contract, plus every merchant you want to win next, in your home market, across your diaspora and inbound corridors, anywhere the network reaches.

Transferring 8 existing partners hands 8 integrations, 8 reconciliation cycles and 8 sets of SLAs to Pointspay. At USD 25,000 a year each, that is USD 200,000 of run-rate removed, while every commission stays exactly where it was. Your members then reach 258 merchants instead of 8.

1 | Connect

Instant Points transactions through direct integrations.

Your Program connects once, for currency and for data. Pointspay builds and maintains the payment and merchant connectors on both sides, so a new merchant, PSP or platform never lands on your roadmap. Our platform helps you manage your data and move your currency. We do not want your data: it is the data you choose to share with a merchant that earns you the better commission, and you stay in 100% control of what is shared.

However a merchant connects, you get the transaction.

Each merchant picks the commercial shape it can fund and the integration its checkout can carry. Your Program builds none of them and takes advantage of all of them. Click any tile to see what it involves, and what it gives you.

A merchant combines one from each row. Whichever combination it chooses, the Points transaction reaches your members the same way.

3 | Cash-in

Merchants share revenue with you and your members.

The merchant funds a commission on every transaction. Your Program receives that commission in full, whether the merchant came from your portfolio or ours, and Pointspay charges its 1.5% network fee to the merchant, not to you. Move the controls to model any basket, rate or funding split.

Inputs

Defaults show a worked example: a USD 200 basket at 8.5% commission, so USD 20 of merchant funding in total. Change anything.
